ELEKTRIK

ELEKTRIK brings together theatre, electronic music, live DJing, projection, sensory light and collective movement to create an experiential, post-dramatic performance form in which stories are not simply watched, but physically experienced.

Co-founded by theatre-maker and playwright Fenia Gianni and Heiko Geritzmann - electronic music artist, producer, DJ, visual artist, counsellor and somatic practitioner - ELEKTRIK explores how dramatic storytelling can move beyond the conventional stage and into the immersive, collective energy of electronic music spaces.

ELEKTRIK brings together a growing interdisciplinary team.

Orfeas Nonis, songwriter, composer and creative producer - lyricist of Greece’s Eurovision 2026 entry FERTO and a two-time MAD VMA winner - is collaborating on original music and lyrical dramaturgy, exploring how lyrics, language and contemporary Greek musical identity can become part of the dramatic architecture of the work.

Max Pashm, electronic music artist, DJ and producer, brings his distinctive fusion of electronic, Balkan, Mediterranean and global sounds to ELEKTRIK, contributing to its musical production and the development of its live electronic and rave sound world.

Drawing on the communal energy of rave culture, the standing-audience Shakespearean heritage of theatre and trauma-informed practice, ELEKTRIK reimagines the relationship between performer and audience. Audiences are invited to move, respond and inhabit the emotional world of the story — shifting from observation to embodiment, and from understanding to feeling.

Developed initially through Gianni’s HER RAVING MIND, ELEKTRIK creates a theatrical language for complex and challenging human experiences, where text, body, music, image, space and audience become part of the dramaturgy itself.
